The PETAL Framework: Assessing Health Equity Activities in Health Systems

On behalf of the Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM), the National Center for Primary Care invites you to participate in the confidential survey, Using the PETAL Framework to Assess Health Equity Activities in Health Systems, which is based on the PETAL Framework developed by MSM and Bridges, LLC. Data collected through this survey will be used to enhance and expand the understanding of health equity within participating programs, policies and healthcare organizations.
